The overall layout is organised around a straightforward internal road network that supports the movement of cars, service vehicles, and delivery trucks, while maintaining a recognisable frontage for each unit. Viewed from above, the development reads as a series of orderly building clusters set within landscaped edges, creating a business environment that is practical, accessible, and visually consistent.
The semi-detached units are designed in a range of sizes to accommodate different operational and spatial requirements. Their façades combine clean rendered surfaces, metal roof forms, framed windows, and vertical architectural fins to create a contemporary industrial expression. The upper-level office component is given a stronger visual presence through larger openings and articulated frames, while the ground floor remains more functional, incorporating entrance areas, loading access, and roller shutter openings.
