Senior Planner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring throughout the construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and update project work programmes and construction schedules.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate planning activities with the project team, consultants and contractors.
- Prepare progress reports and planning updates.
- Support the site team on programme and planning-related matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related construction discipline.
- Professional registration with LAM, BEM or an equivalent professional institution is an advantage.
- Proficient in project planning and scheduling software.
- Strong analytical and coordination skill.
Town Planner

We are seeking an experienced Town Planner to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will provide expert planning advice to both public and private sector clients, managing planning permission applications, conducting research and site assessments, preparing planning reports, and collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and other industry professionals to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to work collaboratively in application for planning permission
- Conduct research and analysis on planning policies, guidelines, and regulations
- Prepare and present reports on planning matters to clients and stakeholders
- Develop and implement planning strategies and policies
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, surveyors, and other professionals
- Able to work independently with focus on task completion and datelines
- Respond to inquiries and provide advice to clients on planning matters
- Prepare, review and assess planning applications
- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and policy changes
Qualifications
- A degree in town planning or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in town planning
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and policies in Malaysia
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in the use of relevant planning software and tools such as GIS, AutoCAD, MS Office and Photoshop
