Currently under construction, the project is conceived as a collection of purpose-built industrial units with a façade language that is clean, robust, and visually enduring. A careful composition of brick-textured surfaces, crisp rendered planes, vertical glazing, and dark-framed architectural elements gives the buildings a strong yet approachable identity, while the generous roof overhangs introduce depth, shade, and a distinctly tropical response suited to the local climate.

The bungalow built-to-suit unit is designed as a prominent standalone block, expressed through a confident and well-proportioned frontage that reinforces its status as a flagship address within the development. Its architectural character is defined by a central glazed entrance volume, rhythmic vertical façade elements, and a balanced palette of warm masonry tones and contemporary industrial finishes.
