The development embraces a minimalist and contemporary architectural language, characterised by a façade composed of large, multi-coloured louvred screening elements. These architectural features contribute to a clean and visually striking appearance while serving an important environmental function. Designed to filter natural daylight, the louvres allow sunlight to penetrate the interior spaces while reducing excessive solar gain, creating a comfortable indoor environment enriched by dynamic patterns of light and shadow throughout the day.
Carefully arranged in a composition of varying colours, the louvred panels introduce depth, rhythm, and visual interest to the façade. This thoughtful layering of colours enhances the building’s architectural identity, creating a refined yet expressive exterior that balances functionality with aesthetics.
Subtle blue accents are strategically incorporated to provide moments of contrast within the otherwise restrained palette. Concentrated at key architectural focal points, particularly around the main entrances, these elements help establish a clear sense of arrival while enlivening the overall façade composition. Complementing these features are vertical woodgrain louvres positioned above the entrances, adding warmth and texture to the building’s contemporary form. Beyond their visual appeal, these louvres contribute to the regulation of natural light and ventilation, reinforcing the project’s emphasis on environmental responsiveness.
Located at the rear of the factory is a two-storey dormitory building designed with the same minimalist principles. Finished in a palette of dark and light grey tones, the accommodation block maintains a clean and modern aesthetic while ensuring visual cohesion across the development.
