The P04 is penthouse show unit located on top of the 32-storey Paragon Suites, developed by renowned developer company in Johor Bahru, Paragon Globe Berhad. SFS Architecture was commissioned to create a high-standard living experience for the high-end show unit.
Overlooking the strait view of Johor, the majestic scene is complemented by a modest and subtle approach to the interior design and welcomed into interior space. Warm and light colours are proposed to act as a basis for darker colour shades. They stand out as stone textures, black glass and selected fixtures, forming a cohesive design palette throughout the penthouse units. Most design features are also done with flexibility in mind and can be dismantled, since if the units are sold, the residents may choose to keep them as they are or make own modifications. The result has established an overall sense of elegancy, inclining towards modesty and subtlety and not over exaggerated, defining the benchmark of high-quality city living.
