Situated near the Pontian Link connecting Pontian to Second Link customs through the Iskandar Coastal Highway, the project is a 24 units 2-storey semi-detached house seeking to attract young people who are working in Singapore back to Pontian and revitalize the local community.

The house adopted streamlined geometries as its aesthetic to attract the younger generation of the community, stacking sleek cubes together into a modern outlook. Timber elements are added to the façade to breathe life and energy into the otherwise monotonous tone, enforcing the idea of creating a contemporary image from the local community. Among these elements are timber louvers found on the building façade and the front fencing, their laying patterns varied to create diversity. The hidden potential of the local community is celebrated to their fullest with a new found modern image expressed through the proposal.
